Due to the pandemic, we are no longer accepting as many insurance policies we once did. Please contact the office regarding important insurance changes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Our office participates with the following insurances: CSEA, Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Excellus BC/BS PPO, Cigna PPO,

Delta Dental PPO, Guardian PPO, Metlife PPO, and Medicare policies (over 65) through MVP, Excellus, and Delta Dental.

Please note, we are not in network with any HMO insurance policies.
